Plays the role of WPOLOMController inside the appFrame. The submit below mirrors the WPO portal's Go control: an <input type="image"> native submit whose onclick calls handleSubmit() (which just does window.focus()) and sets hidden field values - the submission itself is native, never a scripted submit(). Form method is POST with no target, so this frame navigates itself to the PDF.
